Privacy Policy

The FC Eagles Basketball app is provided by the FC Eagles basketball program ("we", "us") to keep players, parents, and coaches connected. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and the role you sign up as (parent, player, or coach). Accounts are created with an email and password.
- Team information — the teams, players, and family links assigned to you by program administrators.
- Content you create — announcements, chat messages, volunteer sign-ups, and shot-workout logs you post in the app.
- Device push token — an anonymous token from Apple that lets us deliver notifications to your device. It is used only to send you notifications and is removed when you sign out or delete your account.
How we use information
- To operate the app: schedules, rosters, announcements, chats, and volunteer coordination for the program.
- To deliver push notifications for the categories you enable in the app.
- To administer memberships: approving sign-ups and assigning people to teams.
We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or any third parties for their own purposes. Data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers (Supabase Cloud) and is visible only to members of the program according to their role.
Children's privacy
The app is used by families in a youth sports program. Accounts for minor players are created and managed by their parents/guardians or program administrators, and the information shown about minor players is limited to what is needed to run the program (name, grade, team, and family links). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what a parent or program administrator provides for participation. If you believe a child's information was provided in error, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account (including your profile, messages, sign-ups, and notification settings) directly inside the app: More → Profile → Delete Account. Program administrators may also remove records as needed to run the program. Some content you posted in shared chats or announcements may remain visible to other members after account deletion.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the program evolves. The effective date above will change when we do.

- Sign-up trouble: new accounts are reviewed by a program administrator before gaining access. If you're stuck on the waiting screen, an admin still needs to approve your account.
- Notifications: you can turn categories on or off anytime in the app under More → Profile.
- Deleted the app? Your data stays safe on the server — just sign back in.
